This is my 2nd time getting the shiok bag as my first time was pretty decent. This round, portion of the base (brown rice) was alot, but the ingredients given = rather meh tasting (couple of broccoli, bit more on the burnt side, Brussel sprouts, corn, plainish chicken and some spicy-isj sauce) - am aware shiok bag = you can't choose the ingredients but the combi I got this time makes me rethink whether I wanna get it again.

The food is tasty and quantity is just nice

Chicken, brown rice quinoa, mushroom , corn, GREAT. the chicken damn good tasting .
